Sounds like a catch can winter for sledding. Fortunately my schedule allows for hitting the trails when conditions are good. Imo no point going up north if conditions aren’t good just wait it out. Try to get others scheduled too if possible but riding alone better than no riding at all. 👍

Riding my doo 2019 900t 150 don’t see buying anything new unless someone embraces eps otherwise don’t need more HP or new fancy screens so unfortunately OEMs seem stagnant to me for trail riding. Smart shocks interest me but that’s about it. Smart shocks and eps would be difficult to resist. 😎

Whatever you do don’t buy a house that needs to be stained and needs a ladder to access. Stainers are at least 2 years out and staining season is short. They want $20k plus and stain doesn’t last that long what a racket! Buy a home with lpn ,vinyl or steel siding cedar siding or logs big time...

Northwoods prices started to climb in 2019 they skyrocketed during the pandemic buyers wanting to get away from populated areas and most stayed. Just guessing but those that are ultra sensitive about trailer floors and are anti slides use wheels. Me I use slides and mats makes loading and unloading super simple. 👍
