drove from minocqua up to ironwood and back this afternoon by car every bar that was open had alot of sleds there seen quite a few out riding too tons of trailers headed north on 51 going to be a busy weekend not me i will wait for some more snow great weekend to ice fish dont forget ur spikes...

people in the bars complaining about overheating there sleds here in northern price county lol we had a inch of rain a couple days ago everything frozen like a rock now it always amazes me what conditions people will ride n bring up ur ice skates u prolly have more fun to each is own i guess

The Landing formally called Hermans Landing used to be a great place have not been there since the new owners took over very cool old tavern on chippewa flowage they claim to have the world record musky ? there is also a bar in winter that claims the same so who knows ?

i run studs so that helps some i also have the cable type scratchers but i have not installed them worried they would kick up rocks into the skid when going down a plowed road or through a logging area and if conditions are that poor i usually just park the sled

if u make up to saxon harbor a little east of there is Superior Falls awesome falls especially in the winter u should have/need some type of ice fishing cleats of some sort for ur boots very icy/slick hiking the falls and shore of lake Superior awesome views of the lake and falls if u like to...

not sure on how to replace the seal on ur machine shoudent be to bad of job i have had pretty good luck with Parts Pit Stop before for oem parts they have a nice site for looking up part #s not the fastest shipping usually takes a couple days but they have ok pricing if your not in a rush
