Congrats on the new purchase, you got it for a great price too. I didn't think there was that much margin. Enjoy & let us know what your thoughts are on it.
Good to hear, one last stab in the dark, are you sure the belt didn't suffer some damage when you smoked it getting unstuck? It could be a worn spot in it that may have caused that brief hesitation at high rpm. Just a thought, glad to hear it wasn't anything major though.
I would agree with the 137 if your going to do 2-up for sure. My word of caution is the 600 class sleds today are not the same as the 600 class of the past. Just my .02.
Brian, the 2025 models are ready for early order at dealerships through Feb 2nd & on-line pre-orders will be available beginning Feb 13th. I checked them out, nice looking sleds, love the look.
Just the facts, what is depressing is getting 57 to 60" in 10 days & have it get wittled to almost nothing 10 days later. It literally looks like the end of March out there right now. Will we get more snow? Probably, will it be too late? probably, just the way this El Nino has been for us all.
I'm glad to hear that he is staying on. He is good, but, I'm sure that IF that were to happen, the organization would find a suitable replacement. This is now a promising organization with a lot of good going for it.
The Keweenaw is expecting temps of 40 Wed & Thurs with temps to remain in the mid to upper 30's through next week. I am thinking that Michigan Techs Winter Carnival Statues are not going to fair too well. I am also thinking the Copper Dog 150 dog sled race may not be able to held as that is...
I am disappointed in the Lions loss, but, am glad they had such a good season overall. We can all say, shoulda, coulda, woulda, but, that doesn't change anything. They'll be back and better than ever.
