Trail dead ends at Alston from the north. Right now it’s pretty thin and have heard some people are trying to ride in that area, but I think in 3 weeks time that area will probably be just fine.

They do NOT have their liquor license and I don’t think they ever will get it. Previous owner transferred ownership to his son who is a felon and that’s why the state revoked their license allegedly. They are open however business sounds slower.

They’ve been running 2-3 groomers daily for weeks. Just way too much traffic. I passed two groomers tonight and after 5 sleds you couldn’t tell. They run every trail twice on weekends, if you hit it early morning tomorrow guarantee it will be great.

5 yr warranty’s were very standard on spring order snowmobiles from 2010ish-2020ish. When inflation skyrocketed after Covid, warranty lengths went on a major keto diet to save costs to try not to raise the price of the units at the same rate.

Meh I’m not so sure it’s a cost of sled issue as much as it is a lack of snow. Under $10k budget sleds have always been around and they simply don’t sell unless the entire Midwest has great snow. You don’t go up to the UP chasing snow and find a bunch of Indy sp or doo sport 600s running around...

There was more traffic in that area than they may have ever seen in history. Check out my EUP ride report in MISC topic. The trails got hit hard Friday and Saturday but the groomers got them all fixed up by Sunday. If riding mid week it’ll be great. Basically if you stay north of M28 anywhere...
