Arrived yesterday to a little snow falling. Trails from road looked more white than brown in Phelps. 5 inch of snow on drive since Jan 14 last plow.

Anyone be over by Phelps? Heading up tomorrow and will see what it's like soon. Support the radar run and probably trailer north to the known snow a few days and putz around the cabin on the old sleds just because lol

Thanks for the info. Years ago when the river back home froze we would take four wheeler plows out and make a track in the back waters and of course a rink. We must of had 40 plus one day for pick up games, families on the track, cook out . Good times

One can use a shoe lace or string to grab the end of the spring as well to pull it out of the hook, can also install a spring with this method

Well remaining optimistic and hopefull for things to change soon. Was pondering moving this wkend trip back a week but heck plenty of things to do if no snow in the area. So with that being said should have plenty of snow for 10th lol

we are keeping our new years trip, always can trailer to snow if there is any or always something that needs done at the cabin. Its still a Northwoods fix for the soul
