Got a PB-80 primary clutch calibrated for the 900, not a Cudney clutch, or kit. Put in a Dalton secondary spring, set at 21#, and played around removing some pucks in PB 80. Hit the hammer, and up to 7900, pulls back to 76, 7500. It just gets to where you're going a lot quicker. Ran many days...

T Absolutely, and totally agree! And with a little clutching you can make it into the very most enjoyable ride you've ever had. Much improved performance, and without sacrificing MPG's! Runs great on any gas. Bought the 14 Rene new for my wife, and was afraid I had made a horrendous mistake...

Agree with disease issues with Blue Spruce trees. We put in a conservation wind break 40 years back, Blue Spruce, and Norway. Blue Spruce are going away fast now. Balsam Fur would be a good choice. We will be planting Balsums to fill back out our the dead Blues. I also have a few Black Hills...

900 ACE sleds hold their value very, very well. If it's in good shape, well cared for, and you can get it for 7K, better grab it. 3K miles on a 4 stroker is nothing. If a dealer had it you wouldn't get it for that.
