Woke up this morning to about 3” of fresh snow and still snowing so maybe things are starting to change.

I know getting out of BC west railroad grade is not real good lots of rocks and very low snow. Not sure on anything else. I drove from Bergland to Bruce Crossing on Saturday and that is when I saw that grade. Bergland looked pretty good. Can’t give any other info than that.

UP 6 tv is actually showing snow with higher elevations getting what that map Indy posted on there map so local news is calling for snow.

Part of what you say is true but if you have kids that is the time they are off and some fun can be had maybe not the best trails ever but I’ve been able to have many good rides in that time frame. Yes trails are better Mass and up but yesterday I put 100 miles on of almost perfect trails south...

So western UP has gotten some snow sense the warm up most areas have been able to get out and groom. Only couple areas close to Wi boarder haven’t gone back out just not enough new snow. UP Thunder Riders (Watersmeet area) has a base and couple inches of fresh snow but not enough to groom with...

No it doesn’t save us any time or paperwork that I know of, but I will admit that I haven’t spent much training on what all they(dnr) expect from it or us. But yes it certainly could save us tons of time and paperwork!!!

Old Abe, the one thing I do know now is there are things in place not that we keep clubs from lying to DNR if they groomer a section now. They have gps on all groomers that can be monitored. So if they have someone that actually is watching they have all data of everything a groomer is doing at...
