    Trifold snowmobile ramp advice

Nope. That is my preferred method away from home. Super easy with no fuss on grass, gravel, or any other surface. Heck, if I had a good road ditch or snowbank everywhere, I could throw away the ramp. I also concur with what High Country is saying. I have one shop with an old beat up concrete...

    Front Door Questions

Hi There, We have been looking at options on a replacement for the front entry door. The current door is nice looking but terrible for our climate. One of the sidelites recently had a gasket failure. The door is a raised wood panel with no insulation. Gasket seals are in great shape and also...

    The new ARCTIC CATS

The bike reveal from 2015 Haydays. It was a teaser of course. Engine layout is quite different from the link above. The skid is hard to see in the picture. It almost looks like the Alpha skid. We probably saw more than we realized at the time.

Post a pic from this year.

More snow than normal on the roof this past winter. It was tempting to just "leave it", and see how far it would overhang.

inline 7'X 27' encolsed trailer owners- ski guides?

Rozzy43, It is an easier decision without dual use consideration. Glides on the doors helped a lot. The doors don't get covered with ice/snow. I have used old hyfax cut and bolted across the door for grip. The sheet material is HDPE and you can see how much it expands with heat. I would...

Trail 8 worst spot in 09. That was right along the highway. Conditions change every year. The water is creating challenges lately.

    Crazy Riding

I can't imagine how these guys keep their focus. The race is over 200 miles. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OmNXCJt7K3Q Two of the best on the track. I always love watching this version as an adrenaline fix. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iRWp9rhfS_0

    Red Bull Hare scramble

The mine hillsides are always sliding. I'm sure that is the reason for the boulder fields at the late part of the race. It is pretty amazing what is underground in the region. These are over 20 yards tall.

    John, We love the Pink!

I hope it is a "real" snow event. Planning on slamming the K for the rest of the week. I will be there with or without the new snow. This has been a heck of a winter for snow lovers and this little dose was a bit unexpected.

    Groomer Down on Trail 13

We saw the groomer sitting on the trail between Bergland and Rockland on trail 13. It looked like a fairly tough repair with the front wheel assembly broken off on the left front. We were impressed that the groomer had been removed by the next day. It looks like the groomer and drag were...

    Powermadd Star Series Handguards

Maybe try the trimount setup. http://www.motosport.com/dirtbike/POWERMADD-TRIMOUNT-KIT I have a combination of the two types. BTW, the trimount works pretty good as a GPS mount with a broken handguard for the base. :)

    Funny weather patterns

John, How are you doing? Just a quick question. Seems like our storms have been rolling through much different lately around the Twin Cities and central MN. The latest pattern is to see them come through from the NW. The cells are moving SE direction. It just seems different because I grew...

    Landower Help?

Maybe we can come up with a way to help landowners. Classicchick, and Skylar have shown big examples of the issue just in this past week. I hate to see all the sled tracks all over the place right next to the "Stay on Trail" signs. How about a specific sign tied to law? The sign could be...

2013 Sleds - Let the rumors begin!

I talked to some of that gang too. Nice guys. They seemed to really enjoying the Keweenaw. I gave them some pointers on locations to check out while up there. They did like the food at the Parkview. BTW, note the interesting location for their trail stickers.

    Are you Ready?

Thanks. I am pleased with the overall outcome with the graphics. Let's just hope it runs good. I added a little tree insurance just to keep it running. The airbox needed some extra protection.

When will the up be ready

We have seen good and bad conditions throughout the year. Last year is a perfect example. The 2nd week in January was incredible and then it melted. We put about 60 miles on these carbides the 2nd week of January in 2007 before needing replacement. Conditons can vary quite a lot across...
