Eagle River has had some swamp problems in the past. 4-5 years ago they purchased an Argo jus for that reason. As I understand, they run it through the swamp areas and break the tine ice; seems to make the ice thicken up and freeze faster is what I've been told.

Back in the day, I drove a `1970 Mercury Cyclone Spoiler, 429, 2 4bbl, painted Competition Gold-----but it sure looked orange to me!

My fav is Aberdeen in Manitowish waters. Awesome place for that special dinner or celebration.

Today is also the 100th anniversary of Camp American Legion, Harshaw, WI. Strictly run by donations and heavily supported by the Wisconsin American Legion Riders, the camp welcomes any and all veterans. A family can stay free for a week. There is fishing, hunting, etc available. Festivities...

I saw the Polaris set up on Thursday. I'm a Doo guy, but they had some nice looking sleds there. Didn't have time to really look them over but the orange one stood out to me.

Pretty sloppy. They make snow when they can and I think they hauled in some loads. I'm not involved with it this year. It's Snocross's show and they wouldn't give me a pass. Also it was my lady's birthday yesterday so we went out for a nice dinner. That was the better choice anyway.
