Hey, bear, I know you are in ND but do you really like Lake Metigoshe or will this be your first trip. When I live in Langdon, I ventured over there but was not impressed. If you have a cabin there it might be different. When the snow was good, I liked to go through the gorge up by Frostfire.

While it is not the UP, it is local. An association [I'll get the correct party if you want] is starting a "Little house" community for homeless veterans in Rhinelander. I believe they already have the land. It will include a dispensary and a PX. A most worthy cause for our vets.

Here in Wisconsin, the trails have to be approved and opened by the county. Gates are closed until it has been approved. The problem is when they are approved, not all signs/gates, fences are opened. Since trails officially open in Michigan on Dec 1, that might be what those sledders were...

Make sure you get the piece/s that cover the gap between the door and the floor of the trailer and also the top edge of the door when down.. In both places you can hang up on the carbides when loading and unloading and tear up the floor. I did use, I think, a 1x4 between the door and floor...
