I got a new battery maintainer for $15 from Menards (Performax). It charged the marine battery to full charge overnight. I did not have to change the terminal circle cord, it plugged right in. It charged my sled battery to green in about 2 hours. is on my sled.

Will a new maintainer work with the ring connectors that are already on the two batteries? Or do I need new connector rings as well?

I dont use or need A/C during the day. I only use it while sleeping. Is it best to turn "off" the A/C. or simply raise the temp control to like 80 and then bring it back down to 65 at night??? Got A/C installed for house last year.

I need to replace a single dock board that is very weak in a permanent dock. I tried to use a drill to "unscrew" the nails, but the nail is too far down in the board. The nails are stair shape. Any ideas how to get this board off?

A realtor told my brother years ago do not trust sites like Zillow and Redfin. Redfin changes the value every week and this week this lot came down to 45K from 60K a week agao. Redfin said the lot last year at one point was worth 100K+.......The AI software at Redfin is "hallucinating"!!

We just got the appraisal today, so we did not know the true value based on a real appraisal. Sounds like we dodged a bullet. This other buyer is paying 3x over the true value of the lot.
