Working on a buds sled that met a deadfall tree. It took out the windshield, Speedo & switches on the bars. Now I've got it all back together but have no lights or Speedo. All fuses check out good it cranks & runs but no lights or Speedo. Where to look next.

At the Cat dealer for a real sled......

But seriously, check for broken wire or one pulled back in connector primarily in the cluster/riser/handlebar area.

It wound up being the headlight relay. Now I got this backfire problem. Throttle adj. I hope

Backfire problem I had in an 06 Vector was a stator. Hope that's not the case. Possibly T.O.R.S.

i had a back fire issue as well turned out to be a Clogged jet on one of the carbs.Also by the way i had a dead cluster and lights once but after it warmed up a little they came on where is that relay located ?

Relay is on top of right footwell, have to peel back the plastic. Chase your wires down cause there's 3 of them. Still don't know why a $20 relay popped instead of a $1.00 fuse. His gauge went into 100 pieces so we used a new/used gauge. All good cleaned up the backfire with throttle cable adjustment.
