Flat spot on belt

Flat spot on the belt coulda been when someone tried to move the sled wif de brake still locked. Had a buddy smoke a belt that way then had vibration and noise. To excited to hit the trail and plum forgot he still had the brake lock on when unloding...sure did smoke some too...LOL

Those of you who said belt... you win! Put on the new belt today and rode it around the subdivision and its perfect (unless you live in my subdivision).

Bubbalaris, thanks for the advise on the M-10 adjustment. This is my first M-10 and I was a little unsure with all its adjustments but after reading up on it a little it sounds like its all set up from the factory and ready to go other than the main adjustment in back and track tension.

Great sled! I think my wife will love the ride over her 01 MXZ.

Anyone selling a Switchback let me know.

M-10 owner's manual

pat,

I have the M-10 owner's manual from Polaris in a pdf file that's too large to post here. It tells you everything you need to know, including track tension. The M-10 suspension will be the best riding suspension you have ever had, but it's very important to have it set up right based on driver's weight fully dressed. I looked at your profile but did not see an email address. Let me know your email address here or shoot me a private message, and I will email it to you. You will be glad to have this information.

Thanks that would be great. I didn't get any manual at all on this sled and its my first Polaris that I am actually going to keep so any kind of help would be great.

Pat

P.S. If anyone has a spare owners manual around for a 05-06 Polaris Edge Chassis let me know.
