06 Polaris fusion 600???

Keep in mind that the IQs are essentially Fusions with the RMK body on them - they are nearly the exact same sled. The largest differences are the spindles.

I bought an 06 Fusion with only around 200 miles for $3,500. Great sled, although it does seem to go through belts for some reason. I think that is a problem specific to my sled though - not all Fusions.

If its eating belts, mine did this and I found out that the secondary clutch had broken the sheave adjustment bolt. It was overheating the belts and the sled would actually creep forward when it was idling too.

I sold my sled with 6100 miles on it and it had stock compression in each cyl. Buy it and ride it! just put SLP or Slydog ski's on it and it will turn easy.

mnman - how did you find that out? I think something might be wrong with my secondary. I don't know all the terms, but on the outside side of the outer "plate," there are a bunch of little stress cracks. I pulled it off the sled and I've been meaning to take it to a shop to see what they think. Trouble is I live in Indianapolis (the sled is stored in Northern Indiana), and there aren't any shops nearby.

When I say eating belts, I bought the sled used with 200 miles on it and it snapped a belt about 4 miles after I started riding it. I'm assuming that was a fluke. Then it snapped another belt around 1600 miles later. That seems really early to me.
