06 polaris fusion

just bought a 06 fusion 600 ran great until I filled it up with gas now its loading up. can't figure out why any suggestion?

your needle/seat are leaking. fuel pressure went up when you filled it and is pushing the gas thru. that's my guess. need new ones, clean carb. I had one of these. Loved it. But it did have a tenancy to load up when idling, and then when you hit the throttle, it would bog down until you pumped it a few times. Was annoying, but dealer fixed it for me.

Make sure the chain case re-call was done (metal bracket added) and the carb boots update
Dealer can look up vin#

These sleds were known to have a low end bogue. Tuners changed Pilot Air Jet from the stock .6 to .9 or 1.0. The air screw is adjusted also. This is all off memory but I think the air screw is turned out 1 1/2 turns. Not to say this is your problem, but it is a possibility. There also was a gas tank recall due to filler neck cracking. Unfortunately, Polaris did not cover one of mine. Claimed the VIN number did not fall under recall. The throttle cables have a re route also. Not sure it was recalled but should be done. Just replaced my son's which was not re routed. Sled is great once you tweek it. Many things to do to it. Much reading on this forum and others.

Go with 1.0 and tweak to the fuel screw- it makes a hugh difference.

go down a size on pilot jets also.

thank you for the good suggestions I've had it in the shop for almost 4 weeks though the mechanic can't figure out the problemI'm going to pass on the suggestions and hopefully he can get it
