I have a 2007 Arctic Cat 90cc utility model. We bought this thing new in 2009. We have fought this dam thing since the day it was new. Returned to the dealer within the short warranty period that we had. They said it was normal for it to have to warm up for several minutes (at least twenty at idle) for the automatic choke to disengage. Since then we have taken it to two different repair shops for missing, back firing, cutting out issues. First time the air filter was collapsed, replaced that and cleaned the carb. Ran like a top for about thirty minutes of total run time over a couple of week period. Then took it to another shop where they thought that replacing the bad battery would solve the problem since the choke is electric. They also cleaned the carb which they said was clean. That was a week ago, ran like a top for about ten minutes, if that. Then back to the sputtering, cutting out and back firing. Fuel filter passes air fine when blowing thru it. Plug looks good. Fuel flows out of the tank/on off valve fine. Has anybody had similar issues with one of these things? Any suggestions?
