Between 4 and 5 south of Eau Claire but the wind is whipping like a banshee so can't give an exact.

Green Bay Weatherman reported 13.8 inches at Eagle River, WI; nice base building snow.

Don’t know what you see Thugboy but the 10 day forecast shows only highs in the 20s & lows in the teens ! Not bad at all!

A good 12" of heavy wet snow in Manitowish Waters area. Arrived last night at 8pm, roads were good until about Tomahawk and then turned snow-covered and slippery until we reached the cabin. Obviously trails not open yet but it looked like the Manitowish Club had panned the trail by our place already, lot of snow on not so much ice makes for problems. I don’t think Vilas will do much grooming until after deer hunting season is over. We wait all year for snowmobile opener same with the deer hunters. Imo let the hunters have their time undisturbed then get on trail prep when hunting season is over.
