In northeast Green Bay near UWGB we had about 2" at about 5 pm but that was quickly reduced to 1" due to warm temps and some drizzle by 7 pm. Only 5 miles to the northeast near my son's house in New Franken, there was about 3-4" on the ground. This area is about 100' higher in elevation than my house and not as close to the bay which is still open water. I guess you would classify this as local weather effects.

We have about 8" on the ground in Manitowish Waters as of this morning 12/1/21. I left Monday 11/29 for MSP and it was snowing here in MW, got to MSP about 4pm and it was 51 degrees. Quite a transition between a few hundred miles. Its starting to look like winter here.
