Our club and many of the clubs in northern Wisconsin are working feverishly to get trails open and groomed ASAP....we have tons of trees down again....it's not from lack of maintenance (as was suggested on a Facebook post...smh)...we have now bushed multiple times due to wind, freezing rain and heavy snow...while we are grateful for the wonderful early season snow...many clubs need help re brushing...I suggest you contact the club where you plan to ride, on their Facebook page, if you can help....they will tell you where and when they are meeting to work on trails...for my area contact Northwoods Passage, Northern Trails Unlimited, or Knight owls....there are loads of trees down with the heavy snow, and freezing rain we recently received...anybody who can help would be greatly appreciated ...especially if you have a chain saw, pole saw or nippers....again...until we get these trails cleared, the groomers can't get down them....if you choose not to help, and just want to ride that's fine...but temper your enthusiasm, and ride with extreme caution...there are obstacles under the snow that you just can't see...until we can get a groomer through....These trails are going to be very good....but it's going to take a little work
