they are saying 12 or more around Minneapolis St Paul metro.I know out west Lk minnetonka area the club was grooming wend at least knocking down corn stumps and packing a base so looks like may be good riding around the house this yr.if we do get the big dump like some are speculating the 17 or so I will be doing the downtown hennepin ave across the river back up nicollet mall past the new twins stadium to 394 back to the lake with the helmet cam running and duck tape over the numbers

If you could pull that off, you better have video!!! Back in the '91 Halloween Blizzard I rode straight down the middle of Cedar Avenue in Apple Valley, cops just waved......

Put some miles in the south metro tonight, the trails will be MINT if we get a quarter of what they are predicting.

Ezra,
If that is the case, I will cross the MN river, pound laps around MOA, race jets down the runway, and get to the dome in time to see the Vikes! I dont have helmet cam so you will have to take my word for it. Herebleeeeezard

it just kicked in.....foot by noon 14 by dinner......yeeeeehaw

It sure did start later than predicted. I was up late like a kid waiting for santa, but I didn't make it long enough. Milk and cookies are gone now. It is snowing good.

a good 9" on top of what we already had, and i was up early and figured i would get all my neighbors back from waking me up in the summer with there harleys, so at 7 bells i fired up the twin pipes and said F u all, its my turn bitches, went about 5 miles but visibility is zero, so i can back and fired up the wheeler to plow the drive and 1 of the neighbors came out in his jammies swinging his fist,so i rode to his door and said, PAYBACKS R A BITCH, think about that next time you fire up your harley and rev in your garage at 3am, i think he got my point, sure was fun though

Back in 91 had a yamaha SRV and rode it from golden valley up 169 (hwy18 in the old day) up to anoka. pick up my buddy and we rode back to my house. We did see police but they had other issues to deal with and didn't care. In Maplewood right now I'd say we have 8-10 inches and its still comming down

Big Snow

Last time we had big snow our group rode south on Hwy. 52 to Rochester. Stopped in Cannon Falls and helped push the trooper out of the ditch and continued on our way.(never said squat!) It has been said our next adventure would be ride north on 52 to the Capital(take a picture on the steps) and get da heck outta town. BUT all my rowdy friends have setted down.................. (((If any of you are reading this I'm home with a bad itch)) :D

Just heard on the news that this was the biggest snowstorm since the Halloween Blizzard of 1991 for the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. Some places, like Oakdale got over 20 inches of the beautiful white stuff. In the SE Metro where I'm at, we must have gotten a good 15". I was bummed when the plows went through this morning and thought I wouldn't be able to get the sled out, but it kept snowing and snowing so I couldn't resist and blasted around the block with my daugther to try out the 1+1 seat attachment. Also gave the neighbor kids rides and a couple other Dads also. My wife went outside for just enough time to snap a photo. What a hoot!
