Neenah, Wisconsin. Lake Winnebago area. Day 1 of the Sturgeon Spearing Season.

A couple of inches overnight, in a lull right now, and then the main event coming in a bit later. Radar looks promising for 5 to 8 inches by Sunday.

It split and went around Lakewood so far. It's just beginning to snow now. I went outside and looked.

An inch in Iron River WI overnight. Still snowing. Up to 3 inches forecasted just like the last "storm". Trails are good, many riders reporting great things. Sled dog races today, since they were cancelled last year this be wonderful conditions for them too. Detour on the TriCounty Corridor from 8am til 1pm for this. Don't bitch -Trail 22/24 is a beautiful trail. If you can't wait to get to the next beer stop, BirchGrove is on that reroute.

2-3" in Presque Isle Wi. and coming down steady at 10 am. Trails and bars mobbed yesterday upon my arrival. Good day to sit and look out the window. Looking forward to a Monday ride when it's just the old locals.

6" in northeast Green Bay as of 4pm. Still snowing hard. I think we are getting some lake effect bands off of Lake Michigan now.

3-4" halfway between Oshkosh and Neenah. Fairly fluffy/dry. Plenty for the kids to track up the yard on their "new" 200's and to putz on the lake gawking at all of the trucks and shanties.
