2" paddle track on 2005 Renegade questions

Ok, I did a lot of research on this and am 95% sure this new track will fit on my gade but it's that last 5% that I'm worried about after seeing a few other websites. Has anyone put a 2" on their gade? Was it as easy as taking the old one off and putting the new one on or are there are modifications I have to do like new drivers or something else?

Any help appreciated.

Thanks,

Pat

I put one on my 05 Renegade, but I did install 9t extrovert drivers at the same time.

Got the new track on last night. It's going to clear no problem with plenty of room to spare. Can't wait to get a test rip in!

Skid went in last night and bolted to the tunnel and track tensioned. Took it for a test run and going form a 1 1/4" to a 2" is night and day. Definitely glad I went with the 2". The 20/43 gears help a lot too. This thing eats deep snow, hooks up like non-other and gets the skis off the ground. For those searching and looking at doing this to their sled, know that it definitely fits. There's plenty of clearance all the way around. I did remove the front bulkhead protectors, which may have cleared but did it just in case. If you're waivering between a 1 3/4 and a 2 I say go for the 2!!!
