Can someone tell me how hard is it to replace the primary and secondary springs? Also any suggestions on what to replace them with? I have an all stock unit that runs out great but have lost some of the upper end snort - a recent article mentioned these can wear out and affect things please any and all help is appreciated - My sled has 3200 original miles and had the primary replaced at 1400miles since then nothing.
Thanks everyone for your help.

it is not that hard at all to change the springs in the clutches. You can even change the primary clutch while it is still on the engine. Not the easiest to do, but it is possible.

One thing that wears on these clutches is the bushings in the weights themselves. This will cause the weight to become misaligned on the rollers in the spider assembly. Over time the weights will gouge into the spider, likely what happened to your first clutch.

This site has an online parts finder that you can use to give you exploded views of the clutches.

my bushings wore and my weights became misaligned on my rollers and dug up the spider. If i would've known better to rebuild my clutch i would've. i say rebuild most of your clutch (springs and bushings for sure! or you'll regret it.
