Friend just bought it last night from my neighbor. As far as I can remember it had oil puddle under it from when it was new. Not sure how much oil is in tank now, but when we had carbs off last night oil kept seeping out of the brass piece in the carb boot. Its seems like oil pump is not shutting off completely or has internal leak. There is some slack in cable that runs oil pump. I don't think sled run last year. When we drug it out to look at it there was a bowl half full of oil under sled. Neighbor is not a big maintenance guy, when it snows he drags them out and goes for a ride. I don't know much about cats, just trying to help out a friend.
