I am looking to make my 2005 ZR900 SNO PRO a long track, i was wondering if i found a suspension out of a newer Crossfire 136" or even a 2010 141" crossfire suspension if it would work. Maybe even make it a 144". If anyone hase ever done This to a ZR chassis and has any advise it would be greatly appriciated. Thank you.

I would just get rail and tunnel extensions for your sled. I have used Tracksusa on a couple of my Ski-doos. You could find a whole suspension, but I would think that you will have to modify the tunnel to get it to bolt in, but I don't know much about Cats.

Good luck!

Tracks Usa. Did a 121 to 144 extension on my 06 Polaris last summer, looks good and performed awesome.

I did the tracks usa 121 to 136 on a 03 zl 600 and pounded the piss out of it with no probs.did a 121 to 136 on a 01 zr800 with same results.I know a 06xfire 136 skid will bolt right in place helped a guy with that and was fast and EZ.don't know about the 141 or 144 but I would assume a zr platform touring 2up 144 would also be a direct bolt in you would have to pull the overload springs but I think that would be it .if you found a o1 to 05 touring or 1m in the bone yard the rear 1/4tunnel and bumper would be a direct rivet on
