Scott,

Glad to hear you got the machine back together.
Hope is went well.

Can you count the beeps and what is the flashing or steady on?
As most people have said, look for any connectors that are not connected or better yet,
take them all apart and reconnect to make sure they are fully seated.

Other causes of beeps/CEL will be DESS cord loose, and low battery voltage.
Make sure your battery is good, and connections are good clean and tight, including grounds.

Well it ended up being the part that get connected to the top of one of the injectors was not seated all the way. It was on the last injector that you can barely see let alone get to to connect it. All seems to be good now. Heading up to Wisconsin Thursday for the weekend. I am sure it's fixed though. Thanks everyone for your help and advise.

Since you all were so helpful last year in answering my questions I thought I would ask another. After rebuilding the top end last fall I am having a little trouble when doing a cold start. Normally I would not touch the throttle at all when starting it up. When I pushed the button it would crank and fire up and stay running on it's own. Since the rebuild I have to help with the throttle when its cold to keep it running for about 30 seconds or so then it will keep the running on its own. Hot starts is no problem. Any ideas?

Any recommendations on a reliable shop in the lower half of Wisconsin that works on Ski Doo's? Looking for a shop that just doesn't want to try and sell me a new sled. It doesn't need to be a dealer either, just trustworthy. Thanks.
