I have a 2006 Crossfire 7 and I had purchased one of the CPC belt deflection adjusters to replace the stock nylon one a long time ago and for whatever reason never installed it. I am finally thinking about putting it in but can not remember exactly how to use it.... Do I still need to use the shims or do I just adjust it and then tighten the bolt holding it all down to the DD. Hopefully someone else has one of these and can tell me how to properly use it.
