Converting 06 fusion from 121'' to 136'' track. Problem is I don't want o use rail extensions, wondering if the IQ 136'' rails are compatable with 06 Fusion or if there are aftermarket 136'' rails available for 06 fusion. Please help...

What's wrong with rail extensions...they work great and are way cheaper???

Nash...Northern East Dakota is up at the TOP of the Dakota that gets all the snow...sometimes!

Not to be confused with Southern East Dakota....where they grow the corn and have almost no state income-tax. Look at where my finger is pointing....see it now??

rail ext do work great but as I did that to my 05, sold with ext but if you were looking for a long track I'd measure a 144 skid complete as it has tipped up rails and I think should fit in with a tunnel ext, tracksusa.com has rail ext but he also has some full skids and he's super helpful. I would give him a call and see what he's got.

I put a tracks usa 144 extension kit on my 06 Fusion 2 years ago. Love it. I also was considering just doing a 136, was worried about cornering performance, go with the 144.

Im gonna call Ice Age and Tracks USA. Any Ideas of what gear ratio to go with? I do About 50/50 on and off trail and dont care about top end speed looking for torque and mid range.

Bru, I am on the fence 136 or 144. What track did you go with. Im looking at the "Intense" 15'' x 136'' x 1.5" from Tracks USA. Have you had any problems with you're rail extensions at all. Im a little leary, but the price is right.

I'm running a 20 top and 41 bottom with a 1 3/4 backcountry track on my 900. Lots of low end tourque.

holy man, stock 900 is 25/37! that's a pretty drastic gear ratio change.

Yes it is. The 20/41 is stock for the 900 rmk. Pulls great off trail. Still quick on the trail just not the high top end. I have not had any problems with the tracks usa kit. I would suggest going with the 144. The tracks usa folks are great to do business with.
