Good. Don't know how long you ran it when it was bogging but could have been bad gas in the greater fuel "system" - lines, filters, etc. When you winterize remember to put stabil or seafoam or whatever in gas and run it long enough to get the stabil etc. through the entire system. Also condensation builds in the tank and system over the winter. Some guys get the fuel as low as possible for winter. Other guys store for the winter with the tank full to the tippy top in an attempt to avoid condensation. I put in the stabil etc. and run it for a good while then fill it to the tippy top but I find that this argument is like the oil or hand signal discussion. To each his own. But sounds like it might be corrected.
United, last year before putting it away I tried to run it as low as I could on gas but did pit marine Stabil and Seafoam in the tank and then in April I filled with fresh tank of Premium, no ethanol gas. Used Mercury fuel treatment during the summer. We will see if things have cleared up, after cleaning the boat yesterday I took it out and ran it full out for about 15 minutes and it ran perfect, got back, idled down before putting on lift and it ran great at low throttle as well.
