Lites dim at low idle, gauges blank in and out, and handlebar warmers don't get hot anymore. Before the voltage regulator(216.00) is replaced has anyone a fix. Did voltage test and got 9 amps?

Sounds like a voltage regulator but you can easily test that with a digital volt meter on any yellow wire in the harness. Unplug your existing regulator, check at idle only with a volt meter, if the the problem no longer exists with the voltage regulator unplugged replace the regulator. DO NOT run the engine any higher than idle with regulator unplugged. If your machine does not have electric start we have regulators for $39.00.

I'll give that a try! No electric start and if I'm correct the regulator is riveted to the frame under the coolant resivour. Thanks crazy that Polaris gets 210.16 for a regulator. Thankyou for the reply !

How come no one makes a after market voltage regulator for the 600 fusion? I guess i'm going to need the third revision on mine.
