2008 polaris fst problem

i was riding friday night and my sled backfired which it does often but after the backfire i lost boost and power could only go 35-40 found boost box broke in half, sealed back together and still same problem but i can get 1 boost bar now, i ordered a new boost box, could it be a plug? any other suggestions?? thanks for the help in advance. it only has 1285 miles on it starts and runs fine just no boost or power... also checked all tubes and hoses for leaks, fuel filters.

that is where i got the info to do what i did but i have not been approved by administration to post on that site yet so i thought i would give john dee a try thanks for the help polaris files is a great site. i will see what happens when i get the new boost box.
