Factory rides are great ideas! I think all OEMs should do it. I don't need 2 hours to get the feel 20 miles usually gives me a feel switch & change modles about every 10 miles. I don't know what Polaris plans but open to anyone is better than invitation only. I bought Yam due to Factory ride in 08 rode every model over the afternoon so got to know the entire product line & focus on Apex but Nytro was fun sled too. I would like to ride all brands latest & greatest see who is making improvments. Poo does have to expect 800 2s customers to be gun shy just part of their past & hope they have better 800 for 2011.

The problem as I understand it is the Polaris Faithfull has not embraced the new Rush platform thinking it is only a bump sled platform. Most Poo guys are coming off cushy Xtra 12s & M10s & most of those sleds had excellent wind protection as well. Xtra 12s & M10s were more of a Trail Cruiser sled with mirrors & bags too. So Poo needs to convince everyone the pro ride platform will work for everyone & no better way to do that than set up factory demo rides. Everything I have read for 2011 still puts doo GSX & Yam Vector ahead of Poo LX for the the average trail rider although the the poo LX is getting closer not quite there yet for creature comforts for trail riders. So with Poo demo ride you get a chance to deceide for yourself which is a good thing.
