2012 tnt 600 carb can

what is a good solid deep can sound that legal. not looking to stir up the non can people, as just looking for good performance silencer

9 times out of 10 the stock can on any sled is the best tuned can available to purchase for that machine. You can dyno can after can, you will probably not find one that will gain any HP over stock. I, like you though, do not like the sound of most newer stock sleds. But, I have yet to hear of a can that's halfway between an SLP and a Sno Stuff that is more of a deep throaty sound then the good ole "pingy" Sno-Stuff that still isn't too loud. I wish Poo still made silencers the way they did with the 98-99 XC 700's. Good deep loud grumble down low, not much louder than others on the top end to annoy any land owners.

Try Dyno Port. I found when I was building my IQR mod that they had the best all around system, from the Y pipe to the Can. Not to loud but had a great sound. MBRP, SLP and the others didn't compare on price or quality.

Dyno Port or MBRP both pretty throaty compared to others. Me I like the Braaap from Precision Performance ordered one today.

They know how to build a can that sounds good and is legal. Cans do not create HP they are for losing weight. Pipe and Y pipe changes can create HP... I have a 600 etec with a y-pipe, pipe and cam from Straightline it performs great and sounds great.
