Ended up in Hayward this weekend so got to play around with suspension I don't have it dialed in yet but tightened the front shock on rear skid a bit and loosened the rear one and ended up going one click softer on front shocks seems like I have it pretty close now just need to get a little more traction so ill try turning the spring up more on front rear shock see how that works. With my tools in that little storage thing behind the seat and all my gear im pry around that 200lbs so Im pretty sure that's about what it was suppose to be set up for. I would just hate to wreck something by bottoming out hard but I think im pretty close the only time I was bottoming out was when id hit a big dip in trail and the front shock on rear skid would hit hard

Let me know what you find with this. Just got back from my first ride on my new 16 switchback 800 and I thought the exact same thing. Front skis are unbelievably planted. When you say tightened up the front shock on the skid did you use a spanner wrench and turn the spring?or the clickers? I came off a 2012 iq shift with throw away shocks so my knowledge of suspension adjusting is setting the rear spring as stiff as it goes and ride it...I'm about 200 lbs myself also.
