Was at the dealer today picking up a new helmet and of course had to look over the new ski doo lineup!!! Was surprised to see a 600 efi tagged at $88xx on the showroom floor. Had electric start and reverse, 137 track too.

To me it seemed like a strong sled at that price point, what’s everyone else’s opinion? Just curious, maybe I’ve been conditioned to expect much higher but I felt it was a winner in that segment of the market.

I have a 2018 Sport...new was 7k out the door. 105-110hp. Is a great sled for my daughter. Spent an additional 1k and put x package shock all around. I put 2200 miles on it last year (left the Sidewinder in the garage). Would have been nice to see a few more hp's out of the new sport....but agree. Should be a great sled..

For only a kids sled I'm sure it would be fine add to the stable at that price point. I would personal upgrade to a 900 with much better shock and accessories package for the extra $2550.

that hp is definitely nice. Doubt we’ll see many leftovers after this seasons sales, but could be a a even sweeter deal with some rebates.

I think this will be a perfect sled for really anyone...younger riders, new to the sport, spare sled, and those that only ride a few times a year. I bought a 129 version for my 14 year old son in September and paid mid $ 7000's. Dealer at the time had sold all 9 he initially received, and has another 8 (including mine) coming, all sold, in late December. Not happy about the delivery date (ship date is 12/21) but it is what it is.

I know many will say only 85 hp, not EFI, SC5 not Rmotion, standard shocks, etc..., but hard to find anything better for the price, features, and power? I looked at fan cooled Indy's and Cats, the Cat blast, and other 600's and the Doo 900 ace but think this is one of the best sleds for the money. Time will tell.

***from what I have heard of late, dealers will not trade these, and will only take MSRP which for the 129 is 8499?, I think.

Don't forget, its in the G4 platform too, should handle sweetly.
There was 5 years or so all I rode was 600 carbs, had a new one each year til I started riding lake effect in Houghton then needed more lug, longer track and more HP.

I am interested in riding this thing to see how HP and torque maxs out etc.
Should be a good sled for Eagle River, WI and south.

I'd rather it was tagged at $7200 and still had carburetors. Those late models are worth their weight in gold now.

I got a 15 gade in 14 good deal slapped some real shocks in it and zero complaints .
Had almost 4k on it this yr all pretty hard well taped to the bars at least 50% . Was deff good thing I decided go with a rebuild . Rings were sloppy as can be jugs pretty far out of spec . Can catch more than just a finger nail on top of jug where ring stops It would not have made the season .
But again money well spent for a occasional use Dimond pounder
