According to the Almanac, they are predicting (not forecasting) another below average snowfall season for the Upper Midwest with Mild & Dry conditions. I don't see it being as far below average as last year, as such, the upcoming winter should certainly be an improvement from the abysmal season of 2023-2024. As John has said, you can't have any faith in anything beyond a 4 day period & even that is susceptible to change. I am optimistic for a better winter than last year, perhaps not our "normal" winter, but a better one than last. I guess we'll find out when winter gets here. One day at a time.
