are the clutches aligned, put a straight edge on the back side and check it, if not loosen motor mount bolts and align. Also can adjust secondary so belt rides in proper height. On the back side there are some small screws with washers. The washers dictate width of secondary when closed (low gear)

I'm gonna bring it in the garage soon as I get mine out thanks for the advise .I'm probably coming just don't know what I'll be riding yet. I'll be giving mine a test next weekend my mom is coming this weekend so no riding Chris went riding last weekend and said the snow is still super deep and untracked "hint hint wink wink" so that'll give it a good work out and see if the stator will stay working in mine as long as the weather holds.
