Again - kudos to Monroe Power Sports for going to bat for me. It's nice to see that customer service is not dead. It's also nice to see a manufacturer step up with some goodwill on a fix that they did not have to do anything on.


Bummer about the problems...


Like you said earlier; nothing replaces a "good dealer"... additionally, that "good dealer" has everything to do with BRP giving “goodwill".
