Got a 96 lincoln trying to pull a 2 place\open with 2 sleds 05 sabere cat \05 700 doo .is it possible or am i over loading?meathead

Look in the owners manual to see trailer tow rating. Probably has 1000-1500# max but could be less or not recommended.

if its a continental 1000 lb's towing, if town car 2000 lb's towing,town car is same chassis as merc grand marquis i think there about the last car models that have any type of towing capacity would be a good idea to add a trans cooler. If its a continental no way, with air ride and frt wheel drive all your asking for is trouble.

Back in the day I pulled a 1 place trailer with a 440 Scorpion sting around on behind my opposing 4 banger subaru. It worked.
