The problem is that the center headlight is on with low beam and the outer headlights are on with high beam. Is this normal or should the center also be on with high beams. Just wondering

Then why do the high beams suck? It seems that there is more light on low than high? The low beam is set alittle high but not to high. When the high beams are on it seems like I can't see as well. It has all stock bulbs in it at this time. I see that the high beam portion of the center bulb is not used. It is 60 watts and each of the outer bulbs are 37.5 watts, I think the system would handle the extra wattage, for better lighting on high beam ( might have to turn the hand warmers off though?

Might have to adjust the high beam screw? (point up more then down) Not sure where yours is but usually they are right on the headlight assembly. At least thats what I had to do on my sled

I never use high beams. They shine straight out and you can't see what's in front of you. That's what they're made to do.
