98 MXZ wasn't getting fuel to the carbs, pulled the fuel pump to clean it out & check it. was totally full of Anti-freeze? would this be a good sign that the water pump seal has gone bad? or could it just be a bad jug (cylinder) gasket?

I have never seen or heard of anti freeze getting into a fuel pump. Are you certain it was anti freeze or could it have been bad gas (green/tarnished)

only way for antifreeze to get into a fuel pump would be sabatoge, or the pulse line, in which case you have bigger problems. That would mean coolant has filled the crankcase and backflowed into the pump. It would be on the "dry" side of the diaphram though.
