On the first day of our 850 mile saddlebag trip this past Sunday we had a sled burn down 70 miles into our trip. We were forced to tow it to the closest establishment, this was Chippewa Lodge in Crystal Falls, Mi. we take the trail leg to the lodge to find out they are closed on Sunday. We called to have the sled picked up and a replacement delivered. We were in for a 2 hour wait. looked like we were going to wait outside sitting on the sleds, but a head popped out the entrance of the lodge it was the owner Al. we told him our situation and he opend up for us, full service grill and anything we wanted. Al is the trail boss in that area his trails were excellent. He and his crew do a fantastic job. We appreciated what he did for us and I thought it deserved kudos! Thanks Al and your wife!!
