a guy finishing up fishing was putting his fish in his basket when the warden approached him asking him do you have a permit for those fish, guy says oh no these are my pet fish, you see every day I bring them here to the lake to let them swim and when I'm ready I whistle and they swim back and jump back in the basket. here I will show you and he dumps them back in the lake, a while later the warden says isn't it time to call the fish back now and the guy replied, what Fish?
