I remember the $5.95 all you can eat fish fry at the Wilderness in Winchester, but that was 25 years ago. Sadly both are long gone. I would be curious on the pricing. Not that I really do all you can eat anymore, just do not eat like a 25 year old after riding all day anymore. For me the all you can eats are no longer worth it.

Not all you can eat but White Oak Inn on Manitowish Lake has Haddock, 1/2 pound for $16 and 1lb for $20 with all the sides, 1/2lb is all I can eat so good deal and they serve it every night M-F.

Good news,bad news regarding casino in Watersmeet :

Good news: The restaurant area has reopened again at casino in Watersmeet.
Bad news: Menu is very limited. No all you can eat buffet. Fish fry available but just 2 or 3 pieces. They closed the snack area and basically
server the snack area food in the buffet area.

The transition to the big restaurant happened in January then they tried to bring back a steak dinner and some lobster dishes. Big mistake they didn’t have the kitchen talent to do that. Sounds like they are back to the snack bar menu which they do ok nothing special that’s for sure.

Island View Lodge north of Mercer on Fisher Lake has a Friday fish buffet. They just started it this year, so no review from me yet, but I love the owners of the place and stopping in to see them on the sleds.

Just got back from the White Oak Inn on Manitowish Lake, decided to go last minute, arrived at 6:30pm no reservations, were seated in 10 minutes, awesome fish fry, 1/2 lb haddock, all the sides for $16. Generous pour of wine, highly recommend.

Just got done with an awesome fish fry right here on Spider Lake at our house, perch and bluegill caught through the ice in March 2023, lightly battered and fried on the burner of my gas grill. Yes, very tasty and free! Well probably not free, because had to buy bait and get to the secret spot but nice to be able pull a couple of packs from the freezer and enjoy them!

That would be actually nice to meet you and you are not that far away. We'll have to think about doing that sometime. I have plenty of fish in the freezer.
