Not a fly bite or Skeeter bite all weekend up at Scottishack!
Did get bit at the bug bar a couple times this weekend tho! ha ha

Moosehead, google deerfly traps. I made the one with a kids play bucket (in blue) & covered it in tanglefoot, I caught 3 of them just making this gizmo. It really works, I mow just under 5 acres & this thing catches em. I just love to see them stuck in the tanglefoot. You will get one every now & then that will still bother you... Suppose to be 100 here today so no mowing for me. Good luck!!

Can see how this contraption would work. Just wonder what the neighbors would think riding around on the lawn mower with a blue bucket or cup on my head.

At least the ticks have backed off for now, they'll be back in the fall again, about the time we start cutting wood for winter.
Is it to early to say "THINK SNOW?"
