Another rideless winter into January in MN

Those of us that are unfortunate enough to live in Central and Northern MN are set to go into another Christmas break without rideable snow. This is such a bummer. Was really hoping to be able to ride. One would think that living north of 45.5608° N, 94.1622° W, you would be able to ride by mid December. Such is life I guess. The little fish house will be getting a lot of use this year.

I'm not sure what is worse...what you have, or the fact that we are supposed to get pounded with snow in central WI and I need to drive through it, as it is coming down on Thursday, to leave for Texas for more than a week... probably be melted or raining by the time I get back....

Last year was a total bust, this year really is not shaping up much better.... but I guess it "is what it is"... :)

It really is getting old! I'm not sure how many more winters I can take like this and still stay in the sport. I'm starting to wonder if it's worth the frustration or not. As bad as I feel about this, I always come back to thinking about the businesses that rely on winter and how much worse it is for them, than poor old me! When I get too down, I think of that and it helps put it in perspective a bit. It still hurts bad!!!!

OK, we live in Mn, with no snow in December, lets not write off January also.
Things could be worse, the taxes could go up?
No wait that is going to happen too.
I may have to replace my trailer tires but not due to mileage, but to old age.
You play the game with the cards you have been dealt, or you can "fold". (as in "taking the early train")

Cheer up folks! it will rebound! it only take a day to make killer snows!
Its going to happen!
Its been years flatland riding has been worth a crap in December!
I'm going to stay positive and thinks about the 13 or so weeks to come!
If nothing happens through Jan ya just take the dough ya would of spent and trailer to Tog or some mountains that have it!
Right?
Now go polish your tunnel- that's what I'm goinna do! ha
