Well well, well, another Winter Storm Warning for the Keweenaw, big surprise. It appears that the NWS is also pretty good with their pink crayons. Chances are pretty good for a significant amount of wet, heavy snow. Could be as much as 20". All I can say is "DING" the fries are done & so am I. By the way John, I hope your Herculean tractor is locked up tight, cause you just might find it gone tomorrow night, LOL.-Mezz

This storm forecasted has snow accumulations similar to April 2007. Anybody remember that one? Stupid deep. That one took the up from no snow to back country playground.

Hey Mezz.

I thought the old adage was: "You need the new snow to melt the old"! :p Just think how much we will be melting if we get 20"+ of new!

I have a team of retired special forces guys protecting the tractor, so don't even think of it!

Too bad you are not a bit closer to me, I would love to drive it down and clean up your snow. I could probably toss it all down to D-Bay.

Well, we awoke to 8" of fresh n heavy & it's still snowin. It's going to be a long day between the office & home plowing duties, oh well, another day in the life of a yooper. We don't need no stinkin emergency shovel, we just have shovels, quite a few to choose from no less. John, I agree with the old adage, only problem is, I'm beginning to feel like an old adage lol. Retired Special Forces guy's eh!? I hope they are well versed in special op's, cause I do have a few tricks left & I am up for the challenge. NOT! For those of you that will have the luxury to play in the white gold, enjoy & stay safe, I'll be moving it to make room for more because right now that is not out of the question. Yep, that's right, after this event, we could be in for more - Yay! -Mezz
