Any problems with skidoo 600 etec?

I would like to know if the guys having burn down problems are using full synthetic oil. I visited a large doo dealer last fall who told me he was going to send all his doo synthetic back to doo. I'm not trying to open up any argument on what brand of oil to use but my dealer said to use semi-syntheic in my 06 gade 600 and NOT full syntheic. I have read several posts on here about guys burning down doo's who said they were using the best oil doo sold were they using full syithetic???? I don't care what brand of OIL IT IS. dan

600 etec and 600 SDI recommended oil is skidoo syn-blend, always has been. The 800 etec I believe asks for full syn. As far as the 600 etec goes I hope they continue to make this motor for along time, I love mine. Excellent mpg, and plenty snap for me. Haven't found a flaw yet

2012 ski doo mxzx 600 e-tec 2235 miles going down trail at 48mph shut down 150# on mag side and 90# on other what happened???? no hole in piston this sucks was up for the week happened monday night. 6 days left no help from doo dealer at all
