Well, I guess it's a start. Haha
Phelps had about 3" of very wet snow ,ice, sleet & rain that will make an excellent base if sticks around. I'm not sure how far west,east & north that goes totals all over the place. Beautiful day today 28 degrees no wind & bluebird sky with warm sun...might have made zero last night lake iced up again. Single digits again tonight.
