Anybody buy an I-Pad yet?

I'm upset with apple. my ipod got stolen out of my truck "with other things" and I called apple to help get serial number they said sorry go buy new one.

that sucks, i think ipods are over-rated, those darn ear buds hurt my ears, the big headphones don't fit in my pockets, it's nice to play in a vehicle but ur always chargin it! I bought the 4th generation nano a week after it came out (the 5th is out now, the one with a speaker, radio, and video cam) and i use it and don't totally regret buying it but that was $150 of my own money gone, seemed like a lot for something i don't use a whole heck of a lot, but if i sell it i ain't gonna get jack squat so i'm keepin it

I have a problem with the pricing. It's like buying another laptop. I want to get one, but I'm not sure I want another tech device that will be outdated in 18 months.

While I am not a Neanderthal when it comes to tech, I am getting a good case of DOS...device overload syndrome!
